Fusilli Writing is the concept of Chris Tattersall and began life as Fusilli Flash Fiction, a Facebook based 200 word story competition where the stories entered required a twist. This competition is now free and can be entered via our email: fusilli-writing@outlook.com or via our contact page. See our competition page here.
Chris grew up in Leicestershire, England but now lives in Pembrokeshire in the far west of Wales. Professionally he has worked in the National Health Service since 1993 resulting in numerous academic publications, however, his writing passion is for flash fiction.
Chris’s creative writing career began in 2015 after winning the ‘Lacomic Cup’ hosted by Headstuff.com which involved a five-round flash fiction competition and gave him his first ever writing payment of 1,000 Euros. Wouldn’t anyone get addicted after that?
His non-academic writing credits can be seen below.
